| description: | Music Press This is a brand spanking new PR company that hasnt even been taken out of the packaging yet. It was set up in August 2008 to help out unsigned bands in my local music scene that cant afford to pay for PR or simply dont have the know how. The Young Blood PR is currently representing Caerphilly based dirty blues rock band Hard Pursuit. Its still really new new so sit back, be patient, cool your boots and wait your turn. Or message me. Music Reviews I am also currently available to write biographies or reviews for artists in Wales and the South West. I cant guarantee that I will love your music, but you should have thought about that when you wrote the junk. Reviews however, will all be constructive nontheless as the aim is to help your music be taken more seriously by the shallow yet valid world of the music business. If youre interested in getting involved, just drop me a message. Currently Representing... Hard Pursuit With a sound that is more straight up, raw and to the point up than that of drizzling the finest bourbon onto a fresh, deep cut with one hand and brandishing a smoking cigarette in the other, Hard Pursuit are here to make an impact on your life with no apologies. With blues-rock grooves so filthy that your mother would most definitely not approve of them and the invaluable appeal of a young, exciting and fresh band doing something completely different to many of their unoriginal and bland contemporaries, it is undeniably difficult to not sit-up and pay attention to the band’s music. Their influences immediately shine through the music, as does the band’s story; many nights of solid practicing in a cold, lonely and uninspiring warehouse in Cardiff’s barren docklands area with only songwriting and occasional games of ‘hooker watching’ to keep them sane. Freshly formed in Caerphilly, one of Wales’ many infamous valley towns, that have previously spawned an incredibly tight-knit music community and numerous successful bands in recent years, you are joining Hard Pursuit at exciting times and they are certain not to disappoint! The Young Blood: New Sounds Of South Wales The Young Blood: New Sounds Of South Wales is a compilation of music from the best unsigned acts in South Wales. There are currently so many new, fresh bands in the area that many of the most talented, hopeful bands get overlooked and cast into the shadows of inferior artists. The CD is avialable to buy for just £3 via www.theyoungblood.bigcatrel.com page aswell as in Cardiffs Spillers Records. TRACKLISTING 1. Working Class Heroes – The End 2.
