Careers In the Music Industry - Wrexham [24 Nov]

WMF, in association with Careers Wales, are hosting a seminar aimed at individuals looking to work in the music industry. It’s open to anyone starting out or looking to begin a career in the music industry.
Creative and Cultural Skills (the sector skills council that covers music) have recently revised and documented the range of job roles in the music industry. Emily Vollans, CCSkills Music Industry Skills Advisor, will be at this event to discuss these roles and how they are defined.
The afternoon will feature guest speakers talking about their personal experiences in the music industry. Founder of Liverpool label Deltasonic and manager of the Zutons, Alan Wills and BBC Radio Wales DJ Adam Walton will be on hand to discuss how they started their careers in music.
