ARTS COUNCIL OF WALES LAUNCHES ART FORM STRATEGIES FOR CONSULTATION

The Arts Council of Wales has started a national conversation on the future of the arts in Wales by releasing draft art form strategies for consultation.
We would very much welcome your ideas and views, either by sending us your comments by 25 February 2008 or by attending our regional consultation seminars on 6, 7 and 8 February.
The regional seminars will also be used to discuss proposed criteria for defining the "beacon companies" that will be eligible for the new arts merit pot which the Welsh Assembly Government announced in its budget statement on 7 November.
