AIM and UK Trade & Investment are pleased to announce they are hosting the British Music Stand at Popkomm.
SPECIAL CO-EXHIBITOR PACKAGES:
We have negotiated a number of special ‘all in’ packages – as usual space is limited so apply early to avoid disappointment.
AIM Members - £256.00 inc vat – a saving of over 45% on the Regular Registration Rate for two delegates
Members of other Trade Organisations* - £306.00 inc vat – a saving of over 35% on the Regular Registration Rate for two delegates
(*BACS, BPI, MCPS, MMF, MPA, PPL, PRS, NIMIC, WMF)
Non-Members - £324.00 inc vat – a saving of over 30% on the Regular Registration Rate for two delegates
Each package includes:
• Two co-exhibitor registration to Popkomm (ie BUY ONE FREE GET ONE FREE)
• Co-exhibitors can purchase up to 5 extra individual passes at half the BOGOF rates ie £128 inc vat/£153.00 inc vat and £162.00 inc vat respectively.
• Company profile and listing on Popkomm’s Virtual Market Place – this remains on their website for a year (for more info visit their www.popkomm.com) - the deadline for inclusion is Friday 28th August.
• Use of the British Music Stand (the stand will be similar to last year – although smaller - with delegate pigeon holes, meeting ‘area’ on the stand but no formal meeting rooms).
Registrations can only be accepted when accompanied by the relevant forms and payment – please make all cheques payable to AIM Ltd. There is a 5% charge for payments by Credit Card. The deadline for these packages is Friday 12th September.
After Friday 12th September you should register on-line with Popkomm. Please see their website for details – www.popkomm.com.
PROMOTIONAL CD:
The option to include tracks on the Promotional CD is also available at a price of £60.00 inc VAT per track. The CD will include a guide listing ALL companies registered on the stand, but with DETAILED information on each track. The deadline to receive all parts is Friday 8th August.
