You will be inputting and matching music returns data from clients and other third party data sources, as well as matching music returns you will be managing and solving member queries and investigations. You will be working closely with the Licensing and Members Services as well as liaising with other internal departments so good communication skills are essential. You will have excellent attention to detail, have experience of working in customer services and be able to work as part of a team. You will not only have fluent Welsh language skills, both written and oral but have a detailed understanding of dance music in particular.
