It’s an exciting time at Welsh Music Foundation (WMF) and we are looking for someone who can play a leading role in the future of our organisation.
WMF is committed to supporting a sustainable and vibrant music industry in Wales, and you will be too. As Senior Manager you’ll ensure that WMF represents the needs and value of the Wales-based music sector to Welsh Government, Westminster and beyond.
You’ll already be well connected to the music industry in Wales and beyond, have experience managing teams and projects. You will be the confident face and voice of our organisation and sector.
In the role you will develop and deliver strategies and partnerships across portfolios -including skills training, sector development, access to finance and provision of information - to maximise the economic potential of this creative sub-sector. You will play a key role in WOMEX 13 in Wales and our international partnership Cerdd Cymru : Music Wales. You’ll lead WMF in developing Welsh music enterprises and promoting this network to the world.
You’ll be based at our office in Cardiff but working pan-Wales in an internationally-facing organisation.
